There are many employment opportunities within the
cruise industry. As a shipboard employee you will have the chance to
work with a team from over 100 countries.
To gain employment on a cruise ship you need to be a
hard working team player, dedicated to providing an excellent service
to guests on board. Cruise ship employees are highly motivated,
outgoing & friendly and have a positive attitude.
You'll need to have a minimum of two years' work
experience relative to the position you are applying for. You'll
also need a passport valid for at least one year and a
pre-employment medical before joining a ship at your own expense.
If you're able to commit to living on board a ship
for up to six months without a full day off, please submit your CV. We
interview in London with the employment manager from the Miami office
approximately three times per year. If you submit your CV but do not
hear from us, it may be that we have just recruited. In this case your
