Casino Dealer

Always with a friendly attitude, our dealers bring our shipboard casinos to life by keeping our guests entertained while conducting different table games such as Blackjack, Dice, Roulette, Let It Ride, Caribbean Stud Poker, and more! A minimum of two years of experience as a Casino Dealer and exceptional customer services skills are required for this role. Contract lengths are 6 months & 3 weeks continuous employment followed by a 6-8 week work break on completion of contract.

Casino Cashier

Our casino cashiers are responsible for handling chips, cash, coins, checks, credit and/or other monetary notes while keeping an accurate record of all transactions. Playing a key role within the casino team, they are also responsible for providing excellent service to our guests. A minimum of two years of cash handling experience in a customer contact position within the casino, hotel, or banking industries is required, along with exceptional customer service skills. Contract lengths are 6 months & 3 weeks continuous employment followed by a 6-8 week work break on completion of contract.

Slot Technician

Our slot technicians ensure all slot machines, money changers, coin handling equipment, and video games are functional, well maintained, and regularly serviced. To be successful in this role formal training in the repair and troubleshooting of a variety of electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment is required. Previous experience in a similar role in a casino is highly preferred. Contract lengths are 6 months & 3 weeks continuous employment followed by a 6-8 week work break on completion of contract.

Casino Host/ess

The Casino Operations Team creates an exciting and energetic gaming atmosphere that gives guests a feel of Las Vegas and Monte Carlo while at sea. Whether they work in the frontlines or behind the scenes, members of this team ensure that our onboard casinos always deliver truly entertaining experiences to novice and expert gamblers alike. A great personality, professionalism, technical knowledge, and previous experience in a casino setting – in a four- or five-star cruise ship, hotel, or resort – are required to join our Casino Operations team. Contract lengths are 6 months & 3 weeks continuous employment followed by a 6-8 week work break on completion of contract.

Please Note

You’ll need to have a minimum of one years’ work experience relative to the position you are applying for. You’ll also need a passport valid for at least one year and a pre-employment medical before joining a ship at your own expense. All crew members need to agree to the company conducting a criminal background check prior to boarding.
